Dalian Woson Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Beihai Industrial Park, Ganjingzi District of Dalian. Established in 2005 and after construction and development of more than a decade, the company now has become a plastics manufacturer with a production process of the whole industrial chain products of “sheet, blister, cup making, injection molding, printing and label trapping”. The company covers an area of 6,000 square meters, with a construction area of 7,800 square meters. The company’s production workshops are all built according to the 300,000 level clean workshop of GMP standard, and all products are produced in the purification room, which provides production guarantee for the production of food plastic packaging. The company mainly produces more than 150 varieties of products in six categories of “cup, meal box, cold drink tray, fresh meat and fruit, seafood product tray and electronic product packaging”. The annual output value of the company is about RMB 40 million yuan now.

At present, the company has become a long-term partner and high-quality supplier of well-known Chinese dairy enterprises such as “Mengniu, Wondersun, Beingmate and Huishan”, well-known fast-food enterprises such as “Yoshinoya, Acasia and Lingzhi Sister”, and well-known seafood production enterprises such as “Zoneco and Asia Sea”, and our products are exported to the United States, Japan and Australia.

The company now has 14 production lines for plastic products, and its production capacity is: two sheet extrusion lines with a capacity of 600 tons per month; two cup making production lines with a capacity of 18 million per month; four three-station blister production lines with a capacity of 26 million per month; two label trapping production lines with a monthly capacity of 10 million per month; two printing production lines with a monthly capacity of 12 million per month; and two injection molding production lines with a monthly production capacity of 1.5 million per month. In 2020, the annual output value of the company has reached more than RMB 40 million yuan. In order to ensure the quality of the company’s products, all the three raw materials used in the company's production, namely polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), are products produced by PetroChina.

The company strictly performs the main responsibility of a food packaging enterprise and strictly controls product quality.

(1) The company strictly controls the incoming and use of raw and auxiliary materials, checks and accepts thecompanies of purchased raw and auxiliary materials by means of demanding certificates, inspection report, regular sampling inspection and sample presentation, and checks them item by item according to the standards to ensure that qualified products are produced with qualified raw materials.

(2) In terms of product quality control, the company has fully introduced ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO22000 Food Management System, established a strict quality and food management system, and strictly controlled the quality of products and process health indicators in the whole process of sheet production, product molding, product printing (label trapping), product packaging comparing with product standard.

According to the determined hazard analysis and key control points, the company has established a thorough and scientific sterilization and disinfection management method, and corresponding on-line detection equipment is equipped to ensure the hygienic quality of the production process as well as the detection and elimination of production defects in the finished product stage.

According to the inspection requirements of national food packaging, the company has built an inspection room with a cleanliness level of 100,000 level, equipped with product stretching instrument, high-precision measuring instrument, product precision measuring scale and other instruments for process quality inspection; at the same time, it is equipped with a complete set of inspection equipment such as clean bench, high-temperature sterilizer and incubator for microbial detection of processes and products,which meets the equipment and facility requirements for product inspection and ensures the quality control of the whole process from the source of production to the delivery of products.

In terms of traceability management of product quality, after all products produced by the company passing“self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection”, label the outside of the inner bag of each product loaded into the box, and form a unique identification code with the production shift number on the product qualification certificate of the outer box to realize the traceability of the production process of the products.
